It's charming hotel with new-fashioned rooms, everything is great!

The location was unbeatable and close to places we visited.

The complimentary breakfast box was exceptional and the staff was truly accommodating during our family's stay. However, the noise from other guests was quite disruptive at times.

The staff was very welcoming and amazingly nice and the place was fairly clean. The breakfast selection was top class and incredible with the machine dispensed juice and many sweet, as example. I've had an absolutely amazing stay for business trip.

I appreciated how close I was to the fine Stadpark, perfect for a leisurely stroll, and the lively atmosphere around the nearby Cathedral of Our Lady, where I could soak up the city's culture and charm. I felt at home here, thanks to the large, comfortable room and the attentive service from the staff.

Staff are alway friendly and helpfull and the long serving staff remember me from previous stays.

Room temperature control issues, outdated room decor and facilities!!! The parking situation is convoluted, with poor signage upon arrival!!! The fitness center is limited and might not meet all guests' expectations!!!

Amazing breakfast buffet

We stayed one night at the hotel and we liked it very much. Very friendly staff how worked in the reception. Nice pool and sauna area that was inclueded in the price. And a very nice breakfast buffe (we ate at 10 and nothing was empty) If you are lucky you can find parking in the street outside for free, or else it costs 12euro/day.

The hotel is very clean. The service from hotel staff is hospital and efficient. The location is about 2,5kms from Antwerpen Centrum so you will need to take a trasnportation to go to the city central. The cable tv mostly consists of channels in Dutch, really European channels. The swimming pool is small and don't expect that you can get a nice workout in pool. The fitness center facility is clean, organized and quite up to date. The breakfast is typical European, please don't expect variety of menus, but it's quite fulfilling. There is a spacious parking lot so if you're driving a car or travel in groups with cars, you won't have difficulties parking. Free wi-fi in room is provided with excellent signal strength. Don't forget to ask for the password when checking in.

The size of the pool was not as I expected, it's really too small. Carefully consider the location if your actitivies will take place in the city central.
